Threat and risk analysis and proposal of security measures

We offer the preparation of threat and risk analysis with subsequent proposal of specific recommendations and measures in the conditions of our clients. We also organize staff training with regard to these new security measures. Specifically, we focus on:

• General analysis based on the requirements and standards set by the client.
• Soft Targets Assessment according to the methodologies of the Ministry of Interior.
• Public Social Event Assessment according to the methodology of the General Directorate of Fire Fighting - Ministry of Interior.

Crowd Management - Evacuation Measures Effectiveness Assessment

We offer a proposal of recommendations for the effective activation and conduct of evacuation measures. We create recommendations on the basis of behavioural modelling of the movement of people performed in PathFinder software. Our main focus is on Soft Targets, Category III Buildings, Public Spaces and Public Social Event Spaces.

City Crime Prevention Strategy Development and Construction Project Assessment

We offer development of City Crime Prevention Concept along with City Security Analysis. We also assess urban construction projects from a crime prevention perspective, specifically based on CEN/TR 14383 Crime Prevention - Urban Planning and Building Design and ISO 22341:2021 Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED).

Assessment of Municipal CCTV Surveillance Systems (CCSS)

We offer an assessment of the existing CCSS solution, both from a technical and purposeful perspective. Specifically, we offer a general assessment of the system, support in the implementation of software image analysis, assessment of the system in relation to protection of personal information (GDPR), design of a methodology for dealing with defined events in MKDS, and description of the possibilities of transferring information from MKDS to third-party systems.

When working on various security measures, our experts encounter a variety of technological solutions. As a result, we have extensive experience in comparing different technologies. We provide our clients with advice and analysis of individual technological solutions that are suitable in their conditions.

Mapping public support options

We offer an assessment of the public support situation in a number of Czech and EU programmes. We focus on programmes supporting research and development and the concrete development of security systems. In addition to mapping the situation, we also provide suggestions of possible projects for our clients' needs. For example, we work with programmes of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic and the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic. We are also oriented in the situation of support within the European Defence Fund and Horizon Europe.
